KZO conducts an annual Pakistan-US Student Exchange Program aged 14-16.  In the summer of 2008, the initial year, 26 boys and girls with 2 teacher/chaperones attended from public schools located in Islamabad. In the Fall of 2009, 26 girls and 4 female teacher/chaperones and 31 boys and 4 male teacher/chaperones attended as two separate cohorts from schools located in Rural Sindh and Baluchistan. In 2010, 18 students (11 boys and 7 girls) and two female teacher/chaperones attended from schools visited Washington DC August 13th - 29th.
